We distribute loot via random roll. This method allows us to quickly and easily distribute loot without burdensome spreadsheets. It also reduces the ability to insert favoritism or unfairness.
Loot Council
The loot council decides who can roll on what. This ensures that items are directed to where they can make the best impact with the guild, with very little micromanagement.
Open Raids
We allow any level capped character on the server to join us. We prioritize level capped and on time players in this order: Dargon Raiders > Dargon Friends and Family > Non Dargon
Boxes Welcome
We'll always prefer humans to boxes but there is a place here for those able to bring and perform on a much needed box class.

Historically we clear all content in era without demanding raid experience or hyper focusing on parses.
We maintain a focus on having as much fun as possible. Member experience will always be our top priority and we will never turn down a player who is willing to learn.

Unless you've been removed from the guild, you are welcome to join. We follow a weed-out policy where anyone is welcome to invite their friends.
If you leave, feel free to stay in the discord and don't be a stranger. If you want to come back, you are always welcome. Everyone is assumed to be cool until proven otherwise.
Absolutely no obligations
We will never force you to maintain a raid attendance. We understand that life takes priority, and aren't going to hold it against you.
That being said, once raid size drops to 54, please understand that high attendance players will have reserved slots and low attendance players will fill in, or make up the second raid split should one be necessary.
No Playstyle Shaming
We don't shame people for "x/y/z" playstyle. Leveling solo level warrior with bandages only? you only hurt yourself... Boxing mage-mage and farming rathe mountain all day?
